Access to small loans from traditional banks can be difficult for newly operating businesses and micro-businesses. CFRC offers newly operating businesses access to loans and business consulting through the Seed Loan Program.
Who is eligible?
CFRC’s Seed Loan Program is exclusively offered to businesses operating for at least one year and that qualify as “micro-enterprises,” meaning they typically employ less than 5 people.
How does it work?
Designed to help stimulate economic growth in low-to-moderate income areas in Los Angeles, this program offers small business loans ranging from $5,000 up to $30,000. Qualified applicants meet with CFRC’s loan officer and submit a complete loan application. Seed Loans are reviewed by an independent loan committee on behalf of CFRC.
